Pacoima Beautiful Incubator

Working for Perkins+Will, Joseph Sarafian led the design of a public arts incubator in Pacoima, CA to foster the arts community in an effort to beautify the city of Pacoima. Pacoima Beautiful is a grassroots environmental justice organization that provides education, impacts local policy, and supports local arts and culture in order to promote a healthy and sustainable San Fernando Valley.
