Santa Monica Condominiums

The Santa Monica Condominiums project is a 144-unit ocean-facing condominium built in 1984

For this update, we have designed a remodel to include new elevators, podium waterproofing repairs, new guardrails, structural repairs to all walkways and balconies, and new exterior paint.
