Multi-Family Projects with Michael W. Folonis Architects

Ron Culver was Managing Director for Michael W. Folonis Architects in Santa Monica, a 15-person architecture firm specializing in mixed-use projects from several units to 40-story residential towers. Over 1,200 residential units and commercial spaces were built and/or designed during his tenure. He was responsible for all phases of project development from feasibility studies, schematic design of residential, commercial, and mixed-use multifamily projects, design development and consultant coordination, construction documents, bid negotiation and construction administration.
